By the blessings of ParamPujya Shri Mataji, National Sahaja Yoga Seminar (North India)-2013 is beingheld at Bhimtal in the Nainital district of Uttrakhand. Named after Bhima ofMahabharata, Bhimtal is picturesque place with a beautiful lake. It is situatedat an altitude of 1370 meters above sea level and is about 21 kilometers fromNainital, a famous hill station in Uttarakhand. A host of lakes like Sattal(interconnected seven freshwater lakes, 12 km) and Naukuchia Tal (Nine-CorneredLake, 9 km) are all situated nearby giving the name “City of Lakes” to Bhimtal.The entire Seminar site is surrounded with lush green mountains providing greatnatural ambiance yearned by yogis for an elevating spiritual environment. Allthe Sahaj Yogi brothers and sisters are cordially invited to this Seminar sothat we can meditate & worship our holy mother together, exchangevibrations and go deeper in our spiritual ascent.

START: 20 June (Thursday) - Arrival, Registration & Hawan at 6 PM

PROGRAM: 21 - 22 June- Morning &Evening Sessions

PUJA : 23 June (Sunday) - Shri AdiShakti Puja at 11 AM

CLOSE : 23 June (Sunday)- AfterEvening Session

                                 **** SEMINAR EXPENSES ****

 Additional amount of Rs.50 for every Adult and Rs. 20 for every Yuva Shakti has to be deposited IN CASHat the Seminar site as „Project Amount‟ by all the attending Sahaja Yogis at the time ofcollection of seminar coupons. The cost is on the higher side due to a four dayprogramme and the fact that all items are costlier in the hillstations. 

• Seminar bank account and can pay their contribution directly at the Seminar site as per above table. Similarly, no bank draft/cheque should be issued after 7th June. 
• Due to space constraint and limited facilities, Yogis coming directly to the Seminar site (without prior intimation and deposition of Seminar expenses as per schedule) may face the discomfort of long wait for getting tent accommodation till the allotment is complete for Yogis who have sent prior confirmation.  
• In case of large groups where money has been deposited together, yogis arrive at different time and in small groups and face inconvenience in getting their coupons. It is advisable to have more than one group leaders who should arrive early at the Seminar site for collection and distribution of coupons to their group members to avoid inconvenience. 
• Children below six years are free. 

                       **** MODE OFPAYMENT OF SEMINAR EXPENSES ****

TheSeminar expenses can be deposited through any CBS branch of PUNJABNATIONAL BANK Account No: 0886002100000360 of “H.H. Shri MatajiNirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga Trust - Branch Vikasnagar”.

Alternatively,the Seminar expenses can also be sent to the following address of Sh. JagpalSingh through Bank Draft/ Cheque (CTS 2010 approved) in favour of “H.H.Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga Trust” payable at Vikasnagar.However,Payment by draft / cheque (CTS 2010 Approved) should be consideredas the last option if CBS branch is not available nearby as it has beenobserved that some Drafts/ Cheques are lost in the transit or received verylate leading to inconvenience to yogis.

Paymentby CTS 2010 Approved cheques will be accepted.

                                                 **** GENERAL INFORMATION**** 

b) Theseminar site at Bhimtal is only 20 kms from Kathgodam which is the nearestrailway station.
Further, it is 21 kms from Nainital, 65 kms from Almora, 282 kms from Haridwar,305 kms from Delhi and is well connected by rail & road network. StateRoadways buses are available from Anand Vihar Bus Stand (Delhi) toHaldwani/Kathgodam every 30 minutes and the route followed isDelhi-Hapur-Moradabad-Rampur-Rudrapur-aldwani/Kathgodam(Roadmap enclosed).Haldwani & Kathgodam are 5 Kms apart.

c) Yogiswishing to travel by train from Delhi can take following direct trains toKathgodam:

- RanikhetExp (Train No. 15013, Departure from Old Delhi Railway station : 10.40 PMeveryday) which arrives at Kathgodam at 5.05 AM.

- +UTRSampark Kranti Exp (Train No. 15035, Departure from Old Delhi Railwaystation 4.0 PM everyday) reaching Kathgodam at 10.40 PM.

- ANVTKGM SHT (Train No. 12040, Departure from Anand Vihar Terminal : 6.15 AMeveryday except Thursday) reaching Kathgodam at 11.50 AM.

d) Itmay be noted that Kathgodam is about 140 Kms from Moradabad which isvery well connected by train from Delhi and many other places. There are manytrains from Delhi to Moradabad (around 14 trains) at various time interval frommorning till late evening and there is a regular bus service (State Roadways aswell as Private buses) from Moradabad to Kathgodam/Haldwani.

e) Anothertrain “Bagh Express” (Train no. 13019) starts from Howrah and reachesKathgodam (arrival at 9.30 AM) via Durgapur–Asansol–Samastipur–Chapra–Siwan–Deoria–Lucknow–Bareilly–Kathgodam.

f) Yogiesfrom Garhwal region can travel by train “Dehradun-Kathgodam Express”(Train no. 14120) which reaches Kathgodam at 7.10 AM viaHaridwar-Laksar-Najibabad-Moradabad-Rampur-Rudrapur-Haldwani-Kathgodam. Kathgodamis around 260 Kms from Haridwar and can be reached via road route Haridwar-Nazibabad-Dhampur-Jaspur-Kashipur-Rudrapur-Haldwani/Kathgodam” in5.5 Hrs.

g) Forthe help of participating Yogis, a reception point shall be made at KathgodamRailway station on June 20th from 5 AM to 5 PM.

h) Busfacility from Kathgodam reception point to the seminar site on June 20 and alsofor return journey on June 23 and 24 will be provided with prior information.The bus fare is not included in the seminar expenses and will be collectedeither at the reception points or inside the buses. The information regardingrequirement of bus facility is to be given in the attached format to helparrange transport facility beforehand.

i) Thereare hotels available in the vicinity of the Bhimtal. Yogis wishing to stay inhotels can contact Smt. Bina Gabriyal (Mob: 09456544379 ) for moredetails.

j) Althoughall arrangements shall be made for bedding etc., it is advisable to bring a bedsheet, shawl and a torch with you.

k) Careshall be taken for elder Yogis/Yoginis to provide place of their stay close tothe dinning and Meditation Pandals. Efforts shall be made for them for separatewestern style toilets, chairs in the Meditation Pandal, etc.
